Here at EMA Embroidery we are equipped with latest embroidery and Printing machines which make us able to accept different kind of printing and top quality commercial embroidery.

SETUP FEE for Embroidery

Setup fee is for converting your logo image in to stitches and preparing for embroidery. Embroidery machines dose not read an image, picture or photograph, we need to change that image into machine's required format so machine can read your image as stitched logo and then apply that converted logo on garment.Converting your image logo into stitches is also called (Digitising).

Converting your logo image into stitches takes alot of time of an expert digitizer. for that reason there is always a setup charge  which varies from design to design depending on how much time and effort need for this design.

A setup fee start from £25 - £100 or sometime bit more. In EMA Embroidery we charge Max £50.00 and most of the time is less than £50.00.

VINYL PRINTING FOR GARMENTS


We use high quality vinyl for printing our garments. This is most economic and fast way to do less quantity garments. Most of the can be done in 1 colour only if seperate colours then different colours can be used.

Football shirts are good example of vinyl printing or if business name and phone number needed in big across the sholder on back or front,

   Vinyl printing can be done on hi viz garments and other polyester or poly/cotton and cotton garments. There is no setup charge or minimum qty for vinyl printing.

SCREEN PRINTING

 Screen printing is ideal when printing needed in quantity. Its not cost effective or suitable for quantity under 20.With screen printing there is Setup fee charge per colour used in logo.Setup Fee See table below
Screen printing turn around time is 7 - 10 days
and upto 200 garments can be done in 1 day once screens are made and logo is ready. SCreen printing allows freedome of printing and can be done or most of material and surfaces. Most of the time from small to A4 size screen printing cost same.
